Seventeen years ago, we purchased Broadwater on the banks of the Condamine River, 22Klm NNW of Warwick.  At that time the property was pretty much a block bare of infrastructure.  After completing the first job of building a new home for our young family, we set about improving the property through fencing, yard building, irrigation development and just three months ago the completion of our bull selling and covered yards facility.
